Semester 1.2:  "Trade, Environment, and Growth" (graduate, MSc Economic Development and Globalization). Selected scientific articles and hands-on assignments related to input-output analysis;

External Teaching (graduate level)

November 2020: Two guest lectures for MSc students at Rutgers University (New Brunswick NJ, United States), on analyzing Global Value Chains by means of input-output analysis.

July 2016: A one-day intensive course for PhD students and young researchers, as a module of the "International School of Input-Output Analysis", on Structural Decomposition Analysis techniques (together with Erik Dietzenbacher), Seoul.

June 2015: A one-day intensive course for PhD students and young researchers, as a module of the "International School of Input-Output Analysis", on the construction and applications of the World Input-Output Database (together with Erik Dietzenbacher), Mexico City.  

January 2014: a short intensive PhD-course "Advanced Topics in Input-Output Analysis" at the Frauenhofer Institute, Karlsruhe, Germany (together with Erik Dietzenbacher). The main topics were: analysis of structural change, analysis of intersectoral technology flows, and dynamic input-output models

October 2008: a short intensive PhD-course "Productivity and Efficiency Measurement" at the University of Groningen (together with D.S. Prasada Rao and Marcel Timmer). The main topics were: index number theory, data envelopment analysis and stochastic frontier analysis 

June 2006: a short intensive PhD-course "Advanced Topics in Input-Output Analysis" at the University of Oviedo (Spain). The main topics were: analysis of structural change, analysis of intersectoral technology flows, and dynamic input-output models
