Code Cafe
On the 29th of January from 13:00-17:00 the Digital Competence Centre is organizing the first UG/UMCG code café.
Anyone at the UG/UMCG writing code for a research project can join, this includes students, PhD students and staff.
You can come with any problem or question and we will try to help you on the spot (or otherwise refer you). We will have expertise present on R, Python and HPC but may also be able to help with other problems.
Furthermore, you are also welcome to join the cafe just to work on your code in a relaxed collaborative atmosphere. The cafe will take place at the Zernike campus, Smitsborg, CIT-5431-0017-Zebra. Note that the available space is limited, first come, first serve. For students: only come for help with research projects, not regular coursework.
This is a Research Support Hub workshop. The Research Support Hub is a CIT initiative to support all researchers and PhD-candidates throughout the University of Groningen on data management, geo-services, statistics, machine Learning, AI-tools and high performance computing.
