YAG Pub lecture series

YAG organizes pub lectures as an outreach initiative to engage with the public and showcase ongoing research activities at the university. So, grab a free pint and learn what RUG scientists are discovering. All are welcome and registration is not necessary! The presentations are in English.

When: Every first Wednesday of the month, 4.30 - 6.30 p.m. (including walk-ins & drinks)

Where: Vin Natuur,

Program: "Pint of Science" Style Pub Lecture (Vin Natuur)

  • 4.30-5.00 p.m.: Arrival of Guests
  • 5.00-5.30 p.m.: Speaker 1 (12-15 min max for talk, followed by Q&A)
  • 5.30-6.00 p.m.: Speaker 2 (12-15 min max for talk, followed by Q&A)
  • 6.00-6.30 p.m.: Drinks (one drink is on us)
