Shreya Satheesh

Shreya Satheesh is a PhD researcher in the Faculty of Spatial Science at the University of Groningen. Her doctoral research focuses on studying the role of boundary spanners in infrastructure development networks. Her primary research interest lies in understanding effective collaboration strategies beyond formal governance at institutional boundaries of these networks. This research provides an opportunity for an interdisciplinary study spanning across domains of infrastructure planning, project management and public administration.

Stefan Verweij

Dr. Stefan Verweij is Assistant Professor in Infrastructure Planning, Governance & Methodology at the Department of Spatial Planning & Environment of the Faculty of Spatial Sciences at the University of Groningen.
His research focuses on the design, implementation, and outcomes of collaboration in cross-sector governance networks, in particular public-private partnerships in infrastructure development and management.

Tim Busscher
Tim Busscher

Dr. Tim Busscher is Assistant Professor Infrastructure Planning at the Department of Spatial Planning & Environment within the Faculty of Spatial Sciences. He lectures courses with regards to planning theory, infrastructure planning, and project and program management. These topics are also the focal points in his research, in which he focuses on infrastructure renewal, area-oriented infrastructure planning and institutional arrangements that intersect and integrate spatial and infrastructure planning.

Jos Arts
Jos Arts

Prof. Jos Arts is professor in Environmental & Infrastructure Planning at the Department of Spatial Planning & Environment within the Faculty of Spatial Sciences (University of Groningen). His research focuses on institutional analysis and design for integrated planning approaches for sustainable infrastructure networks (the transformation of physical networks and interdependent institutions). This regards such issues as: environmental and social impact assessment, planning approaches for sustainable infrastructure, life cycle and area-oriented approaches to infrastructure planning, early contractor involvement, risk management, time and costs issues in planning and decision-making for transport infrastructure.
