Research Study Centre for Children, Migration and Law Pedagogical assessments

Registration

If you are a lawyer or legal representative representing a refugee or migrant child who applied for legal residence in the Netherlands you may register your case for a diagnostic pedagogic assessment on the best interest of the child through the link below. This link contains a questionnaire. The Study Centre for Children, Migration and Law can only take your application in consideration if you fully complete the questionnaire and if the child's parents or guardians agree upon the registration for a pedagogic assessment. The data submitted are necessary for the realisation of a pro justitia report, and will additionally be used for scientific purposes. The Study Centre for Children, Migration and Law will treat the data and the information submitted confidentially.

Part of the assessments will be carried out by external researchers in cooperation with the Study Centre for Children, Migration and Law. These external researchers are behavioural scientists and psychologists and member of the Association of Educationalists in the Netherlands (NVO) or the Dutch Association of Psychologists (NIP).

All data and information submitted will be treated confidentially.
