Would you like to know how to manage your research data? Are you looking for a safe digital workspace to process and share sensitive data? Are you curious about the latest developments in social media research and VR? Do you want to be updated on digital literacy and inclusion in our society?

Join us this Thursday at the DFH Meetup on data in science and society, where we will discuss the tools and services available for Digital Humanities.

The DFH is a platform for sharing best practices to facilitate research data management across the UG and UMCG. In the meet-up we will showcase the themes, tools, and services for and in the Digital Humanities focusing on data in science and society. Marcel Broersma will introduce his project on digital literacy and digital society; there will be an interactive workshop on the life cycle of (sensitive) data and the implications for analysis and safe storage. Over drinks there will be plenty of opportunities to try out the new tools, experience some demonstrations and interact with your colleagues. Come and discover what is possible!

If you want to learn more about the DFH please check out www.rug.nl/dfh.
