
Jing Fu was genomineerd voor de Prix Galien Research Award Nederland 2019

Jingyuan Fu, adjunct-hoogleraar Genetica in het UMC Groningen is regelmatig van biomedische discipline gewisseld. Daarbij stort ze zich telkens op onontgonnen onderzoeksterrein en gaat de grootste uitdagingen aan. Alles om haar einddoel, personalized medicine, te bereiken. Nu ligt haar focus bij het microbioom als sleutel naar de individuele behandeling. Haar werk voor dit nieuwe concept dat nog in de kinderschoenen staat, levert haar de nominatie voor Prix Galien Research Award 2019 op.
