17 July 2017

Pim was part of the research team that investigated the synthesis of a new kind of melanin-like pigments: by ordering short peptides into nanostructures through smart molecular design, one can control the order-to-disorder transition in tyrosine oxidation, leading to biomaterials with different colours and other properties.
