Dr. Van Eerden

On Friday October 14th, Floris successfully defended his PhD thesis entitled "Photosynthesis in silico: simulations of Photosystem II and the thylakoid membrane". After he graciously convinced the committee of the scientific value of his work, the MD group, friends and family enjoyed a great sushi dinner to celebrate the occasion. Rumour has it that the new doctor didn't make it home before dawn the next day...
