ITN Perfume

The Marie Curie Initial Training Network PERFUME (PERoxisome, FUnction, MEtabolism) is an initial stage training network at the interface of medicine, plant and fungal biology, focusing on peroxisomes. Peroxisomes are ubiquitous cell organelles that are essential in man. Their importance is still strongly underestimated and relatively little is known on their formation.

PERFUME is coordinated by the University of Groningen, the Netherlands (Prof. Dr. Ida J. van der Klei).
