Logics of Inquiry in International Relations
Against the grain of method as a trending and increasingly self-referential field of engagement I am interested in ways in which method and methodology serve to re-articulate substantive problems of social and political theory in the seemingly detached mode of research technique. Building on elements of the Frankfurt School critique of positivism I am thus interested in the ways in which method and methodology effectively figure as operative social theories.
