Research Graduate School for the Humanities Organization PhD Council Symposium

Annual Multidisciplinary Symposium of the PhD Council for the Faculty of Arts

The Humanities Unbound Symposium is a half-day event organised by the PhD Council for the Humanities of the University of Groningen. The event is meant to showcase the diversity of the research conducted in the research schools of the Faculty of Arts: from medieval bestiaries, to gender studies, all the way to computational models of child language acquisition. By providing PhD candidates with a platform to present their research beyond the confines of their usual research groups, we aim to provide presenters and attendees with an opportunity for meaningful interdisciplinary discussions.

Attendance is open to any and all researchers of the University, from professors to Research Master students – so spread the word!

Organisation

The symposium is organised by the PhD Council for the Humanities and the Graduate School for the Humanities. If you have any questions, please contact the PhD council via Phd.Council.Hum rug.nl.
