Log on to FSE Presence

Every GBB member working outside office hours needs to register in FSE Presence!

From November the 15th 2010, a mandatory registration is introduced for the presence of coworkers and students between 20:00 hrs and 7:00 hrs on working days and over the weekends (Fri. 20:00 – Mo. 7:00).  This initiative is meant to guarantee your safety in the FSE buildings (on the Zernike campus).

The registration contributes as a mean for more effective evacuation and improves the social control within the buildings.

This registration is facilitated by a computer database system called ‘FSE presence’.  By using your P- or S-number to log on to http://fsepresence.webhosting.rug.nl, a form with your personal details will appear. Together with your room and phone number you can submit the period of time you will be present. 
The toolbar in the FSE-presence screen also contains a function to edit data afterwards. The Help button provides a manual for functional details.

When you are present during the indicated periods of time you may expect your registration to be verified by the security employee on duty.
