Carbohydrate Competence Centre
The Carbohydrate Competence Center (CCC) was established to generate and develop high-quality knowledge in the field of carbohydrates with the aim of stimulating innovation and contributing to a healthier and more sustainable society. Prominent knowledge institutes and major companies collaborate under the umbrella of CCC to increase the Agro-Food industry’s innovative capacity. CCC gathers together fragments of knowledge on carbohydrates, expands and refines this knowledge, and develops new methods and techniques for sustainable production. CCC has a strong profile in this field in the national and international research arenas.
