ENTEG joins JTF project for circular chemicals

The Green Chemical Reaction Engineering group (ENTEG, University of Groningen) is collaborating with BioBTXand Eindhoven University of Technology on the Just Transition Fund (JTF) project "Renewable and Biobased BTX", co-funded by the European Union. The project aims to develop technology for processing biomass and plastic waste streams into BTX (benzene, toluene, xylenes) and other chemicals, using the BioBTX ICCP process. Participating PIs Prof. Erik Heeres, dr. Arne Hommes and partners seek to enable industrial production of circular chemicals with a minimal environmental footprint. Read more via:
