The Research School Ecology & Evolution (RSEE) has been developing since January 2009 and at present offers a variety of courses at the PhD level. RSEE has been reviving the educational programme as offered by its predecessor, the national research school Functional Ecology (FE) and is expanded from here. This is being done in close cooperation with the research schools EPS, PE&RC and SENSE. For an overview of typical RSEE courses offered at present see RSEE Course Calendar). In addition, RSEE also offers a large overview of courses organized by the Groningen Graduate School of Science (GGSS), partner research schools or international schools with whom RSEE has recently teamed up. For an overview see Other Courses.
New courses are planned or under development for 2015 but cannot be listed yet as preliminary. PhD students are encouraged to submit suggestions for the development of new courses. The Groningen Graduate School of Science (GGSS), which operates at the Faculty level, will mostly be offering a variety of 'transferable skills' courses.
Please consult the menu at the left for information on course offerings and how to register for them. Also check RSEE - News, as new workshops and summer schools are advertised here.
