New policy for 24/7 access to FSE buildings

To get 24/7 access on your employee card, you must complete the following steps of the application process:

1. Go to this website. If you are not already logged in, log in with your RUG login details (‘Login with RUG’, see image below). Follow the steps to get into the e-learning module.
2. Complete the e-learning. You will receive a certificate upon completion. Download and save the certificate.
3. Fill in the door pass form carefully. Remember to tick the ‘24 hours’ option under the ‘Validity’ field.
4. Send the certificate and door pass form via e-mail to the reception desk receptie.bernoulliborg rug.nl. Discuss this with your supervisor and then put them in CC (if the supervisor is not in CC, the request will not be processed).

No 24/7 access for Bachelor and Master students
No 24/7 access will be provided to Bachelor or Master students. This has been agreed upon with the Directors of the Institutes and the School. When access is required, BSc and MSc students can enter the building together with their supervisor. The supervisor is responsible for the student's safety while he/she is in the building.

After you obtain the 24/7 access you need to follow the protocol.

You are obliged to register if you enter the building after office hours including during the weekend.
