The Legal Research Network
Founded in 2006 by the Faculties of Law at the Universities of Groningen, Turku, and Uppsala, the Legal Research Network (LRN) has since expanded to include the Universities of Pompeu Fabra Barcelona, Bristol, Budapest (ELTE), Ghent, Göttingen, Lille-Nord de France, Roma Tre, and Krakow.
The LRN aims to enhance the international visibility of its members, foster collaborative (thematic) research initiatives among faculty members, and promote global scientific perspectives among early-career researchers.
The network is broadly interdisciplinary in the field of law. Each year, the LRN Annual Conference is organized around a specific theme, offering a platform for exploration from various legal research perspectives.
