Helpdesk

The Groningen Centre for Empirical Legal Research (GELR) runs a helpdesk for all your questions about quantitative and qualitative empirical legal research.

Do you, for instance, have a question about formulating an empirical research question, about setting up or carrying out an empirical study, about the advantages or disadvantages of certain empirical research methods (i.e. interviews, surveys, observations), or about the interpretation of your research findings? Do not hesitate to contact us at: helpdesk.GELR rug.nl

Our helpdesk is open for all students, PhD’s and staff members of the Faculty of Law at the University of Groningen.

When you’re involved in empirical legal research, it is also important to take note of all procedures relating to research with human participants, data management and compliance with research privacy rules.

For questions, and for more information about the Research Ethics Review Committee (CETOR), you can contact the Secretary of the CETOR, Maarten Goldberg.
