The report on procedural justice in financial disputes before the Dutch Financial Services Complaints Institute is published
Prof. Marc Hertogh (GCEFSL), prof. Bert Marseille and dr. Marc Wever have recently published a working paper on the importance of procedural justice in financial disputes. This empirical study is based on a representative survey among five hundred recent users of the Financial Services Complaints Institute (Kifid) in the Netherlands. On 14 December 2020, the researchers presented their findings to members of the Kifid Managing Board. The working paper (in Dutch) can be downloaded here.
