Marnix Wallinga Visiting Researcher Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law (Hamburg)
From 15 Oktober until 15 December Marnix Wallinga (GCEFSL) will conduct research at the Max Plank Institute for Comparative and International Private Law (Hamburg). His research will focus on the private law remedies for breach of the EU conduct of business rules by investment service providers in national contract and tort laws, in particular under German law.
