Speakers include Olha Cherednychenko (Professor of European Private Law and Comparative Law and Director Groningen Centre for European Financial Services Law (GCEFSL), University of Groningen), Juliane Kokott (Advocate General, Court of Justice of the European Union), Rory van Loo (Professor of Law, Boston University), and Mehrsa Baradaran (Professor of Law, University of California Irvine). This event is part of a seminar series on Consumer Law, Technology and Inequality organised by the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, Yale Law School, European University Institute, Freie Universität Berlin, and Jagiellonian University.
