STeP Talk on the “right to warn” about advanced AI risks

On February 13th, from 15.00-16.30, we are hosting an interesting talk on AI safety and whistleblowing. During this event, we will have Dr. Mando Rachovitsa (Associate professor at the University of Nottingham) who will discuss AI researchers’ ethical duty to warn about risks, the role of whistleblower protection in AI safety, current policies at top AI labs, and the EU’s approach to whistleblowing in AI R&D.
