Five Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions postdoctoral fellowships granted
Five projects of University of Groningen researchers have been awarded a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowship. Besides, other three projects are in the reserve list meaning that they reached the cut-off score but due to the limited budget they could not be funded.
These are the five researchers selected by the European Commission to develop their research projects with their UG/UMCG supervisors: Maria Camilla Ciardulli (Helder Santos); Daniel Joseph Fallu (Sofia Voutsaki); Manuela Fritz (Robert Lensink); Ivan Maslov (Bert Poolman); Sabina Rosenbergová (Andrew Irving).
Goal
The goal of the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships is to enhance the creative and innovative potential of researchers holding a PhD, wishing to acquire new skills through advanced training, international, interdisciplinary and intersectoral mobility. It is also interesting for senior researchers aiming at attracting promising fellows from all over the world, thus expanding their research capacity as well as building on their international network.
Next round
The next round for proposals will be published in April 2024 and the deadline will be in September 2024. The UG will organize an online training for applicants and supervisors. If you need further information, please contact your Faculty Funding Officer (login needed) and Gema Ocana.
