FC Groningen and University of Groningen to ‘Score with talent ’
On 31 March 2022, FC Groningen and the University of Groningen (UG) will host Score met talent (‘Score with talent’) at the Euroborg stadium. Sport, research, and business opportunities will be the main focus of the event, during which both parties will sign a declaration of intent for far-reaching collaboration.
During the ‘Score with talent’ event, talent and talent development will be discussed from different perspectives. What can we learn from top-level sports when it comes to talent development? What new insights can research on talent provide? And what can the business world learn from this?
The event will start with an introduction by Special Forces HR founder Eric Datema and Psychology lecturer Susan Niessen. Afterwards, an interactive panel discussion between the speakers and the public will be held. Following the discussion, FC Groningen and the UG will sign a declaration of intent for far-reaching collaboration. The event will be closed in a celebratory manner with the award ceremony of the Sport Science Innovation Awards.
