Wind Meets Gas symposium with King Willem-Alexander and Prof. Dr. Jouke de Vries
On 7 and 8 October the Wind Meets Gas symposium will take place, which will be opened by the King of the Netherlands Willem-Alexander. At the symposium, Prof. Dr. Jouke de Vries will speak about knowledge and development and training new employees.
The overall purpose of the first day of the symposium is to reflect on the role of the North Sea area in speeding-up and scaling-up the energy transition and in realising carbon neutrality by 2050. The theme of the day on 7 October is 'The North Sea Energy Issue'.
In the second day of the symposium (8 October) experts will discuss the various regionally Hydrogen Valley initiatives that are developing through-out European Union and elsewhere. The theme of the day is 'Hydrogen Valleys connected' .
