Registration open: Eveningmasterclasses 'Gaswinning en aardbevingen in Groningen'

Sustainable Society (UG) organizes public masterclasses 'Gas extraction and earthquakes in Groningen' together with EPI-knowledge center for the fourth time.

During 6 evenings, teachers from the University of Groningen (UG) share their expertise in the field of gas extraction and earthquakes in Groningen. At the end of these masterclasses, participants are able to understand the complex consequences of gas extraction and are able to reflect on the social, societal, economic and administrative aspects. Moreover, it offers participants a unique opportunity to expand their own network, with the Groninger situation as a shared interest.

The masterclasses are in Dutch and start on 17 October 2019. UG colleagues, administrators, professionals, residents and students are very welcome.
