Renovation Westvleugel in the Academy Complex completed

Phase one of the renovation of the Academy Complex office areas has been completed, with a few points remaining. The Westvleugel, which houses several service desks and departments of the Office of the University, is operational again.

Service desks and departments return to the Westvleugel

Departments such as HR, Admissions and student services (ISD and MSD) and their relevant service desks can now be visited again in the Westvleugel behind the Academy Building. This work environment has recently been modernized, and the departments and service desks have returned from their temporary locations.

First-floor service desk: SIA & Cash Office City Centre
The Student Information & Administration service desk can be found in the same place as before: on the first floor, via the staircase. This is also the location of the Cash Office City Centre.

Second-floor service desk: HR Information Desk
The HR Information Desk is back on the second floor and accessible via the staircase.

New entrance to the lecture halls

Headed for the Westvleugel lecture halls? Please use the new entrance at the back of the car park. It provides easy access to the Zernikezaal, Van der Leeuwzaal, Geertsemazaal and Offerhauszaal.

Phased modernization of the office areas

All office areas of the Office of the University departments in the Academy Complex will be undergoing phased renovations. Phase A, the renovation of the offices in the Westvleugel behind the Academy Building, has been completed as of May 2019. This marks the start of Phase B: the update of the Administration Building on Oude Boteringestraat 42-44.
