U4 Leadership Programme held for third time at UG

The first seminar of the U4 Leadership Programme 2018-2019 was held at the University of Groningen from 7 to 9 February. It was the third time this Leadership Programme was organized by the U4 network, a partnership between the University of Groningen, Ghent University, Uppsala University and University of Göttingen.

The U4 Leadership Programme focuses on leadership issues within universities. The programme consists of four seminars to be held in 2018-2019, with each seminar to be organized by a different U4 network university. The participants in the U4 Leadership Programme are five board members (deans and directors) of each university in the U4 network (20 participants in total).
The theme of the first seminar was Developing Academic Talent. The next seminar will be held at Ghent University at the end of May.
