Celebrating Muslims on International Human Rights Day
In an article in the Huffington Post on International Human Rights Day and the role of Muslim men, professor Mohamed Arafa (professor Islamic Law at Alexandria University) is profiled as a supporter of International Human Rights. This week Mr Arafa is teaching in the Winterschool on Human Rights organized by Globalisation Studies Groningen (8 - 16 December 2014). A group of 20 students from Tunisia and Egypt are receiving an intensive academic program from Dutch, European and international perspectives for 10 days at the University of Groningen.
