First seminar of U4 Leadership Programme at University of Groningen
Thursday and Friday the University of Groningen will be hosting the first seminar in the U4 Leadership Programme 2014-2016. For these two days the University of Groningen will be welcoming 20 university senior executives, administrators and directors from the member universities of the European U4 Network (comprising Ghent University, the University of Göttingen, Uppsala University and the University of Groningen).
The Leadership Programme is being organized for the second time and is concerned with university management and the development of academic talent. The programme will run for 18 months and includes four seminars in total. Each of the universities in the U4 Network will provide one of the programme sessions. The theme in Groningen is ‘Leading Talent in Academia’.
