Cooperation NIDI and Sustainable Society

The Netherlands Interdisciplinary Demographic Institute and the University of Groningen signed a long term affiliation agreement on March 19. In a follow up of this agreement NIDI and Sustainable Society have made a head start in exploring cooperation possibilities. Two specific cooperation agreements have been made. We cooperate in a joint effort to lobby for topics of common interest towards the working programmes 2016-2017 in The European Union Horizon 2020 programme. Second, we organize an exchange meeting after summer to strengthen the ties on the level of researchers in these fields of common interest. Organizing one or more policy briefs in The Hague is an expected output on short notice.
