New book on emissions trading design by Dr Stefan Weishaar

Dr Stefan Weishaar wrote a comprehensive introduction to emissions trading design published by Edward Elgar. The book focuses on practical design and implementation issues, both from a legal and economic perspective.

One of the chapters in the book was written by Dr Edwin Woerdman.
