Prof. Thom Palstra elected as Fellow of the American Physical Society
Prof.dr. Thom T.M. Palstra (Solid State Chemistry) has been elected a Fellow of the American Physical Society. Election to APS Fellowship is recognition by peers of outstanding contributions to physics. The citation reads:
“For pioneering experiments in superconductivity and magnetism giving rise to various discoveries in strongly-correlated oxides, heavy-fermion systems and organics”
