André Kuipers holds successful lecture for Children's University
The University of Groningen Children's University welcomed a very special guest on Monday 8 April: astronaut André Kuipers. Some 160 primary school pupils from the northern Netherlands attended Kuipers's lecture and were given the opportunity to ask all sorts of questions about his stay at the international space station ISS.
This special edition of the Children's University was organized by the Groninger Forum, the University of Groningen Pre-University Academy, the Northern Netherlands Knowledge Hub [Wetenschapsknooppunt Noord-Nederland] and the University Museum. More information can be found in this news article on the Northern Netherlands Knowledge Hub website.
