Masterclass: Het team
Waarom levert een team beter resultaat dan een individu? Wat onderscheidt een projectteamlid? Hoe zorgt het projectteam voor succes? In de masterclass van 15 februari nemen wij u mee in beantwoording van deze vragen.
Deze masterclass is de tweede masterclass binnen het programma : “Het Nieuwe Projectmanagement”. Het Nieuwe Projectmanagement betreft een vernieuwende aanpak in projecten geïnspireerd door Het Nieuwe Werken, Projectmatig Creëren en Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Ondernemen.
