IKEA wins best customer performance, Super de Boer comes last
For the second year in a row IKEA has achieved the best customer performance, as revealed by research conducted by the Customer Insights Center of the University of Groningen, customer analytics bureau MIcompany and market research bureau MetrixLab. Super de Boer was the worst performer, and the public transportation companies plummeted down the list. The prestigious annual Customer Performance Awards (CPA) were presented today to the overall winner and the winners per sector.
The winners of the Customer Performance Awards (CPA) are chosen from the top 100 Dutch service providers. On the one hand they must serve their customers well and on the other also profit in business terms, demonstrated both by significant customer loyalty and higher income per customer. The survey was conducted among more than seven thousand Dutch consumers. According to Professor Peter Verhoef of the CIC, service providers can draw important lessons from the results.
