Professor Sorge Honorary Member of association for organizational knowledge (EGOS)
Professor Arndt Sorge of the FEB was appointed Honoray Member of the European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS) last week on the 26th EGOS Colloquium in Lisbon. EGOS is a professional association of researchers and teachers acting as a network for the advancement of organizational knowledge. An Honorary membership is meant to honour and thank scholars who have made pioneering and lasting contributions both to the advancement of knowledge in the social sciences dealing with organization, organized and organizing, and to EGOS as an association. In the Laudatio, Arndt Sorge (Düsseldorf, 1945) is called a cosmopolitan and polyglot scholar of international recognition.
