Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) is characterized by a minority of tumor cells and a large amount of inflammatory cells. In this thesis was analyzed how tumor cells survive in this reactive background. Based on the results of this thesis was concluded that the HGF/c-Met signalling pathway plays a role in the survival of HL cells in the inflammatory background.
