Friday 4 June 2010: Housewarming Festival
Over the past years, a lot has been done to improve the buildings on the Zernike complex. At times, it was a nuisance, but the result is worth it! To celebrate the fact that all the remodelling is done, the faculty hosts a Housewarming Festival for staff, students and alumni on Friday June 4th 2010. The party will start at 4.30pm and takes place in and around the buildings of the Zernike complex.
Staffe, students and alumni: Let yourself be surprised by the stand-up comedy of Boom Chicago, enjoy the pop band Rigby or attend a workshop by a famous writer.
Form a team for the Pub Quiz and prove that you are smarter than the rest of the inhabitants of the building, or win a season ticket for FC Groningen by participating in our World Cup pool.
Have a drink at the bar and listen to the newest local talent during the living room concerts or dance by the waterside on the tunes of Wipneus & Pim. There will be much more, so check out www.rug.nl/feb/housewarming
All FEB employees, alumni and students are invited and entrance is free of charge, but signing up on the site is compulsory. The deadline is 12 May.
