Alumnus Strategy & Innovation 2nd in competition Microsoft
Erik Kruijer, former student Strategy & Innovation at FEB wins 2nd prize in a Microsoft and Surfspot competition on the website of Battle of Concepts.
Battle of Concepts (www.battleofconcepts.nl) is an on-line platform on which organizations can post questions to be solved by HBO and WO students and young professionals up to the age of 30.
According to the Microsoft jury, Erik Kruijer had one of the best ideas about the assignment “invent a marketing campaign that makes students buy laptops with Microsoft Student Suite on SURFSPOT.NL”. A total of 61 drafts were submitted.
The jury rewarded Kruijers project ‘Invest in yourself, with a 100% ROI’ with the 2nd prize and a cheque for 750 euros.
University of Groningen in top 4
After more than a year of battling, the University of Groningen is in fourth place in the Battle of Concepts ranking of educational institutes with the most innovative students.
