Prof Ruth Bolton Honorary Professor Research on Customer Behavior
Professor Ruth Bolton, hoogleraar Marketing aan de W.P. Carey School of Business van de Arizona State University is benoemd tot Honorary Professor in Research on Customer Behavior bij de vakgroep Marketing van de faculteit.
Haar onderzoek richt zich met name op de mechanismen die consumentengedrag verklaren en op de effecten van 'customer strategies', zoals het verbeteren van de servicekwaliteit of 'relationship marketing'. Vanuit deze expertise verricht zij ook in Groningen onderzoek, en begeleidt zij promovendi. Verder verzorgt Bolton colleges binnen het marketingtraject van de Research Masteropleiding van de faculteiten Bedrijfskunde en Economische Wetenschappen.
