Spotlight on top-class sportsmen and women
Teaching talented young sportsmen and women how to optimize their sports and school performance – that is the aim of the ‘Sport talent at school. Learn to Perform’ project. For years, the UG, the UMCG and the Hanze UAS have been studying the development and relationship between school performance, sports performance and sports injuries in pupils at the Topsport Talentschool Groningen. The researchers want to understand more about the role of performance-determining factors to help the students discover which qualities they need to shine both at school and at sports.
