Pre-Master: Validation of conditions

After completing step 1 and 2 you will have to provide proof of meeting the conditions stipulated in the Letter of Admission in order to be registered in the programme. What you need to provide depends on your situation:

Students with a University of Groningen (RUG) Bachelor’s Degree

After you have been granted a Bachelor's Degree , please send an email to the Faculty of Arts Office for Student Affairs: bsz.let rug.nl in which you ask them to complete your registration for the Pre-Master International Relations. The Office for Student Affairs will make a Statement Admission Pre-Master programme (VTP).

Please indicate:

your name
student number
a copy of your Letter of Admission

Students with a Dutch Bachelor’s Degree (non-University of Groningen, or HBO)

Please indicate:

your name
student number
a scan of your diploma
a copy of your Letter of Admission
for HBO-students: if the Admissions Board has indicated that you also need to hand in an English Language test, please provide this as well

If you have not received your Bachelor’s degree yet, an official statement of your degree programme stating you have completed your Bachelor programme (graduation date must be 31 August at the latest!) will be sufficient as well.

Students with a non-Dutch Bachelor’s Degree

If you have or will obtain a non-Dutch Bachelor’s degree you will have received instructions from the Admissions Office about your registration for the Pre-master International Relations.
