LISS Panel Grant for Zoltán Lippényi

Zoltán Lippényi (University of Groningen), Iván Canzio and Valentina di Stasio (European University Institute) have been awarded a LISS Panel Grant to collect experimental survey data on the relationship between workplace diversity and job preferences. The research examines how segregation in the workplace based on gender and migration background stems not only from employers' preferences when hiring staff, but also from employees' own job choices.
