To obtain more insight into the effective factors of coaching, participants of the Coach Workshop may be asked to participate in research.
Questions that we are currently trying to answer by means of research are:
- What effects does coaching have on the self-efficacy, reflective skills and job satisfaction of the coachee?
- How does the fit between the personality of the coach and the coachee influence the effectiveness and satisfaction of the coaching trajectory?
- How does the style of coaching influence team processes?
- What effect does coaching of supervisors have on the feedback these supervisors receive from their team members about the quality and effectiveness of their supervision?
