Supervision

The workplace is supervised by Dr. J.A.M. Heesink, lecturer at the Department of Organizational Psychology. She co-ordinates the Master Programme in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and she is mentor/coach of all of the PhD. students and additional teachers at the Psychology Department. In addition, she is a certified Mediator and she has had her own Mediation Practice for ten years. She designed and developed the Master course Coaching and the learning routes Coaching, Coaching of Young Professionals and Coach and Trainer of Young Professionals. She trains 50 to 60 new coaches in groups of 12 – 15 students every year.
