Research
To encourage research into the useful aspects of coaching, the participants of the workplace will be asked to take part in research.
Some questions that we try to answer by means of scientific research are:
- What are the effects of coaching on the self-efficacy, the reflective skills and the work satisfaction of the coached person.
- What is the influence of the experienced match between the personality of the coach and the coached person on the effectiveness and the success of the coaching trajectory.
- What is the influence of the style of coaching on the team processes.
- What is the effect of the coaching of “supervisors” on the assessments by team members of the quality and effectiveness of the support.
