To be coached

If you would like to be coached by somebody from the workplace, then you may register via the form to request coaching.

In this form you may briefly indicate why you would like to be coached, your contact details and the days and times that would suit you best to make an appointment.

To become a coach

If you would like to make use of the workplace to gain more experience as a coach, then you will first have to register through the general application form. In addition to your contact details we would also like to know when you are available.

When somebody indicates that he or she would like to be coached and there seems to be a match, then we will send you a contract. By returning a signed contract you confirm that you would like to work in accordance with the conditions of the workplace. You will subsequently get the contact details of the potential candidate, and the person in question will also receive your contact details. Further appointments will have to be made by the coach and the coached person themselves.
