Once you have an account setup, click here to login to your account and pay your initial membership ( US$ 130). You can also click here to renew your membership or register the 2021 ICGS Conference. If you are a new number or your membership expired, the conference payment option will not be displayed until you pay a membership fee first. You must be a member in good standing in order to register for the conference.
We accept only credit or debit cards for payment online. All transactions are in the United States currency.

If you are a new number or your membership expired, the conference payment option will not be displayed until you pay a membership fee first.


ICGS Conference fee structure

The fees for the face-to-face conference are as follows:

  • Early bird fee (5 July-31 July): US$ 475 for faculty and practitioners; US $200 for PhD students
  • Normal fee (1 August-7 September): US$ 525 for faculty and practitioners; US$ 250 for PhD students
  • Late fee (8 September- October): US$ 575 for faculty and practitioners; US$ 300 for PhD students


In case you do not plan to, or are unable to, attend the conference in-person in Groningen, you can participate in the online version of the conference. You will then have access to the key notes, panel discussions and annual general meeting of ICGS. In addition, you will be able to present your paper and attend other presentations in online sessions that will be held one week later than the face-to-face conference in Groningen.

The fees for the online conference are:

  • Early bird fee (5 July-31 July): US$ 200 for faculty and practitioners; US$ 150 for PhD students
  • Normal fee (1 August-7 September): US$ 250 for faculty and practitioners; US$ 200 for PhD students
  • Late fee (8 September-8 October): US$ 300 for faculty and practitioners; US$ 250 for PhD students
